Absolutely! Tourmix is all about creating personalized travel experiences. If you have specific preferences or interests, you can integrate them flexibly into your tour for island hopping and round trips. If you have any questions, we will of course be happy to advise you.

Tourmix accepts VISA and MASTERCARD credit cards through “Pay per Link” as a billing method. Rest assured that your payment information is encrypted and protected to ensure a secure transaction.

Transparency is key at Tourmix. We strive to be upfront with all costs associated with your booking, ensuring that there are no hidden fees or surprises along the way. The price you see is the price you pay, with no additional charges unless otherwise stated. The price of the tour can only be increased retrospectively by a maximum of 8% of the tour price if it is clear in advance exactly how the new price is calculated. The reasons must be clearly documented to the customer, usually through subsequent surcharges for air transportation, ferries, rental cars, or similar.

We understand that plans change. While our cancellation and change policies may vary depending on the tour and circumstances, we strive to be flexible and accommodating whenever possible. The selection of rates for all individual services of a tour by the customer, such as “non-refundable” rates for hotels, is also decisive. Please refer to the specific terms and conditions outlined at the time of booking or contact our team for assistance.

Travel insurance is not included with your booking, but we highly recommend obtaining comprehensive travel insurance to protect yourself against unforeseen circumstances. Our team can provide guidance on reputable insurance providers and coverage options tailored to your needs.

We recommend booking your tour with Tourmix as far in advance as possible to secure your preferred early bird prices, dates and accommodations. Popular tours tend to fill up quickly, especially during peak travel seasons, so early booking ensures availability and peace of mind.

While we recommend booking in advance to guarantee availability, last-minute bookings may be possible depending on availability and tour logistics. As soon as all the individual services of a tour are fully bookable online on our homepage, they can be booked up to 10 days before departure. Payment can then only be made by credit card.
